Do you take insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider. This means your payment is due at the end of each session. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement once your deductible has been met. Each month, I will provide you with a “superbill”—an itemized receipt of services—which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You can check your out-of-network benefits here.

What is your service fee?

My rate is $180 per session for weekly individual therapy. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.

How long does therapy last?

Sessions are typically 45 minutes long and scheduled once a week.
